Late Fee

USD$50.00 – Late Entry applies to any registration after Definitive Deadline date of 12th Dec, 2026

Refund Policy

ll fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after the Definite Deadline date; Inclusive of Meet Registration Fees, Team Registration, Hotel Reservations & Meal Plans, however, you can substitute your gymnast for another of same or lower level

Injury Refund with Medical Note: 50% refunded up until 1st Nov, 2026
