Late Fee

USDD$50.00 – Late Entry applies to any registration after Definitive Deadline
date of February 14th, 2025

TT$100.00 – Late Entry applies to any registration after Definitive Deadline
date of March 20th, 2026

Refund Policy

All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after the Definite Deadline date; Inclusive of
Meet Registration Fees, Team Registration, Hotel Reservations & Meal Plans,
however, you can substitute your gymnast for another of same or lower level
Injury Refund with Medical Note: 50% refunded up until April 6th, 2026
