The Caribbean Classic follows the USAG J.O. program. USAG rules and regulations apply.
All FIG rule, codes and statues will be observed for gymnasts, coaches and judges.
Permission is hereby granted to the Olympia Gymnastics Academy by way of entering the Caribbean Classic at Woodbrook Youth Facility to use any photographs/videos that may be taken at the event on the Caribbean Classic or Olympia Gymnastics Academy web sites and/or in the Caribbean Classic or Olympia Gymnastics Academy printed publications or electronic communications without further consideration, and to hold harmless the above named entities.
The Caribbean Classic event will be streamed live from our Olympia Gymnastics Facebook Page and uploaded onto our YouTube Channel.
With every package purchased, gymnasts will receive a special band while our professional photographers capture their Classic performances for those lasting special memories with still shots and / or video footage

A Passport is required along with proof of accommodation for your Immigration Form (which you would obtain on the plane) for entering Immigration.
You will receive two local sim cards with a local T&T number and data for two persons of your delegation for your stay. It is your responsibility to add credit to your sim card when required.
Qualified Trained Medical Personnel will be on site in the competition arena along with an ambulance for emergencies.
